At Planning Solutions Consulting we were commissioned to research market opportunities for developing innovative accommodation modules linked with specialist outdoor activities within FE managed forests.  Our research and site visits focused mainly around north and south Wales, identifying funding and  marketing opportunities and preparing initial revenue forecasts for individual sites. 

This project involved managing a module of primary user research to identify the needs of mountain bikers.
