User Research
Hello. I'm Richard Linington.
I'm an anthropologist based in the United Kingdom. I carry out design research, consumer ethnography and social research.
I provide a research and people centred consulting service to create new understanding and insight to help companies develop products, services and environments which meet the needs of customers.
I've worked with a range of clients from Kodak through to the Design Council, Doblin and Participle. I am available to carry out research on a project, contract or other basis.
Research Methods is my blog and I work here at Experience Research.
